Default Big Daddy Data Center
Recently Matt Cutts unveiled the Big Daddy Data Centers for Google. These have been in testing for a while at 66.249.93.104 and 64.233.179.104. They are now 100% live, though and they suspect all of the centers will migrate over.

They may not represent huge changes in front, but behind the scenes a lot of the structure has changed helping facilitate future changes to the algos they use for the search rankings.

They're fluctuating between normal and big daddy results... This is direct from Matt's blog:

I walked down and talked to the Bigdaddy folks, and sure enough: 64.233.179.104 has been taken down for testing. Note that if you go to 64.233.179.104, you’ll still get a Google search box–it will just be regular Google, not Bigdaddy.

So it looks like 66.249.93.104 is the best IP address to use when testing Bigdaddy. That data center should be showing Bigdaddy results more reliably.
