Default Too much competition in the webmaster world

Hi

The internet world has become very hard to become big in as there are many new people making websites and trying to become big in the internet world, i think in 2-3years time it will be very hard for people to make it in the internet world.

What do you lot think?

Yeah I would have to agree with you there. Unless you think of a really unique new niche then its a struggle to keep up with the competition

Jase is right, unless you think of a million dollar idea, you aint going no where. Another thing you might wanna take note is that the large internet companies only get bigger, the little ones find it difficult to get out of the "box". With that in mind, the competition gets no easier .

Just try to keep in mind that the "big guys" used to be little guys too. It's not as risky as betting it all on the lottery because there are plenty of folks that make a living in the internet business. If you can succeed at making a living, then perhaps it will be time to think about making it big. But just because you don't make it big doesn't mean that you aren't a success.

I thought it would be more appropriate if my title reflected my status as an internet professional. I'm still learning, and as long as I am still learning, I'll be a newcomer, meaning that I don't know everything.

It's harder... for sure, but learning, applying, testing, and thinking smarter will always do the difference between failure and becoming big as you say.
