Well, that's a pretty big question. Not something that can simply just be told. It's pretty simple to learn, but there is alot more to it than what could be easily covered in this forum. Go to CSS and HTML tutorials for a great introduction to HTML and CSS.

Hi there,

Hmmm...I don't have the time to type a tutorial but I know great site that you can learn from www.w3schools.com .

CSS isn't all that hard to learn (well the basics anyway), all you need is an eager learning and attention span and you can get to grips with it minutes.

Just prat about yourself and play with the different styles and you will develop a way of making them yourself .

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

That's the same link I gave him Kieran. I guess that goes to show that it's obviously a good link.

I think W3schools is always a good place to start. You ll find css is pretty straightforward until you reach to object positioning. If you want to make everything css including the layout, which means no tables, things might get a little tricky. In that case following a walktrough example in positioning is in my opinion the best way to learn .http://www.sitepoint.com/article/rock-solid-css-layouts
