I am quite interested in iWebtool dollar linking script (http://www.dollarlinking.com/) but I cannot fine it on the site so far, any suggestions where I can download the script?

You can't download the script. You can always pay someone to create the script for you though

kenni, is this a completely brand new idea, or have you took a concept from another website.

If not, then I reckon you will get copycats all over the world
