it doesnt matter where you live (i think) as long as your website content is in their supported language

you should get accepted with adsense as long as you have good amount of content on your website and the url is not banned with google

If you site has adult contents, you need to place the appropriate disclaimers to be accepted, a client of my was not accepted for not placing disclaimers on his adult site
