Default iwebtool's SEO

I noticed this site has a generic SEO - html pages, but with no title. IE, /thread34567.html vs. my_new_blog-345678.html.

Which one does better? Or is it just a matter of getting away from dynamic urls?

Aye, this thread is http://www.iwebtool.com/talk/thread6143.html - other solutions do something like http://www.iwebtool.com/talk/iwebtool_s_seo-6143.html

Just wondering if there's a difference in the two.

Keywords in a URL have little effect. The words are not seen as being anymore important in a url than they are on the page.

Yeah, the page title tags are the most important thing.

Keyword in domain will help a lot in SEO, but in a sub url will mean nothing. Go through most of the forums, you can see no forum use the url as the later one.

keywords in domains aren't extra important, they are jusy words as far as google are concerened.

Because someone has "hosting" in their domain does that mean the site is about "hosting"? no.

Does a hosting comepany that has the domain http://www.hosting-servers-linux.mys...uff-things.com offer a better service that a hosting company called. www.steves-stuff.com? No.

So why would google apply any special weight to keywords found in the domain name when a webmaster can put whatever words he likes in the domain?

Keywords in the domain lost all importance the day people started spamming domain names with keyword stuffing.

It is very important to have good use of keywords so then google can narrow down the search and it will be a lot easier and also with good keywords, you will get higher seo ranking
