![]() | I've used it temporarily to work on a client's site. It seems to be a decent host in the short time I had direct experience with it. They have been in the business since 1997 so that is always a good sign. |

![]() | 12 hour turnaround for a support ticket isn't bad if you ask me. It also depends on what department you sent it too. Regular customer issues and billing support will usually be longer, especially if on the weekend. Tech support issues should have the highest priority and that is where you can really measure webhosting companies. |

![]() | I have not seen much if any negative feedback on Lunarpages, mostly good reviews on their service. Give them a try and see if you like their service/support, if not you can always request a refund under their money back guarantee.
