| iWEBTOOL Staff | Sometimes other extentions than .com/.net/.org/.info won't get indexed as earily, not sure why, it will get hit eventually. Maybe just for SEO sakes put a Robots.txt file up and it could get hit earlier. |

![]() | I have been able to get .be domains indexed with out much problem. One tip I would give you is do not bother submitting with the addurl command in Google. When I first started I did that as well. However doing that alone is unlikely to get your site indexed. The best way to get a new site indexed is to find some high traffic forums and put them in your signature. This can work very well and in some cases you will see results in a day or two. Otherwise just go get some decent links. Getting links from other sites is really the best way to get indexed. The search engine will visit these pages, see your link and drop by. Once you get the hang of it you will not ever use that add-url option again. |

![]() | I recommend you start using Google Sitemaps https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login and use GSiteCrawler to make your sitemaps. http://johannesmueller.com/gs/ . This way you will know when Google has been to your site but bette yet if there is a problem they will tell you what it is. It is a great tool and it is FREE. |

Absolutely agree with Wileys' comments. GSiteCrawler is excellent software and in my experience, if you submit to Googles sitemaps indexing takes about 5 days. That said, I see your site is now indexed anyway. Steve

| Newcomer | I have been experiencing similar problems with the new Google Jagger. Though I got my site listed, I cannot get all of the pages cached, so I am not sure if they are all helping my placements and results. There appears to be nothing I can do. I can assure you, however, if you get indexed by another big engine, or probably any engine at all, Google will eventually pick up on your site. It can take up to two weeks sometimes. Russell |

![]() | you may want to add a robot.txt file too to your site if you haven't already

![]() | At the end of the day you need backlinks. I had the exact same problem with one of my sites last year. I created it, submitted it to the search engines a few times and over six months I still wasn't in the index. It was very frustrating. I then got one link from a highly respected website and my site was suddenly indexed. Now i've got quite a lot of backlinks and all three engines index my site every day - in fact my site has robots coming out of its ears! At the moment your site has essentially no backlinks in Yahoo, MSN, Altavista or Alltheweb. You need to build your site up a bit and then submit it to a load of the directories. You'll find good lists of directories for your subject area in Yahoo Directory (or its local equivalent) and the Open Directory. Look out for local directories as well. All this takes time and patience. As do most aspects of search engine optimisation. time and patience. Thomas |

Hello Kenni, Well i have checked your site and found some very common errors in your site first your site is not following w3c standards in the form of html coding and CSS. Second you need deep linking crawlibility for this, if i give you the example of my web site http://www.theseoguru.com, i have never submit this site on any search engine well only through the incitations my site is caching very good on Google. Well http://www.theseoguru.com is my research domain and my first step against spammers .cheers Vikas Amrohi ![]() Quote:
Hi ilovestickers, Well its good to use the google sitemap but you should have to take care of the xml file. Because Mass submission not always good. cheers Vikas Last edited 02-15-2006 at 01:50 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
