Hello,
I was wondering if there are any scripts available which will help me transform the mouse cursor into a magnifying lens once it hovers over an image. I think that onmouse.hover will be what I need, but what about the image of the lens? Are there any images like this ready?

It's just a simple stylesheet to add, plus a custom cursor. Here are two pages that describe how:

• Dynamicdrive
• Hypergurl

Not sure how browsers other than IE handle this. Good luck

for the element over which you want to put the magnifying lens, let's call that CSS class 'zoomin'.. here's the css code:


Here, 'cur/magnifying.cur' is the path to your cursor file.

you can also change the cursor icon by saving the image of a magnifyer, to change the normal arrow icon
