Hi guys, Can anyone tell me the correct way to write alt tags for my images on my site
can i put (wall and floor tiling) at the start of everyone ie
wall and floor tiling/bathroom tiling
wall and floor tiling/tiled floor
wall and floor tiling/mosaic tiling

and so on or is this deemed as spamming by google and get me in trouble.

it seems to ask the wrong question.
you ask if you can put an alt tags not the actuall img scr=''' to put
your desired wall and stuff.

alt can only put text words. sample above :::

title="image_title" src="image_links" alt="ONLYTEXT such as wall and stuff company registered limited">

You can put wall and floor tiling at the start of each alt tag, but I wouldn't do it, the keywords you use for the alt tag should be enough without having to stuff more keywords in there and I don't know if it would benefit you or hurt you. More than likely, SE's will view it as keyword stuffing and it wouldn't help at all.

I think as long as you don't over do it with the keywords, you should be fine. Such as if you have a picture of 'bathroom tiles' then you should just put 'bathroom tiles' instead of 'wall and floor tiling/bathroom tiling' Simple and precise description should be key.

Putting wall and floor tiling at the start of everyone would look spamish, just do it without the wall and floor tiling at the start of everyone and make sure you don't repeat the same alt-tag more then once on each page, that is O.K.
