 |  Ajax Programming: Web 2.0 Hey, Anybody know how I could get started in this? I know what it is and how it works but I have no idea how to program Web 2.0 sites. (Don't know what I'm talking about? www.ajaxwhois.com is a sample, and Wikipedia can tell ya what it is.) Thanks, -Matt

| Re: Ajax Programming: Web 2.0 yea ofcourse Ajax is javascript+xml if u look at this: http://www.ajaxwhois.com/js/prototype.js theres a lot of Ajax functions used there, if u know ajax, i think ull be able to figure out how it works

| Re: Ajax Programming: Web 2.0 Ajax is purely a hype. There's no need of ajax at all. People have been developing things like that much before it became 'ajax'. BTW: do you need to install additional software on the server to run ajax based applications??
