I need the reveiw for my website also want to improve my page rankings as well.

When i check with a link popularity tool with my website http://www.clickonlinejobs.com in YAHOO 63 back Links and in MSN 93 Back Links.Totally 156 back links.Still my page rank 0

But i check with another similar website http://www.thegooglemoney.com They have the backlinks in YAHOO 16 links and in MSN 3 links.But they have PR2

What is the problem ? How can i improve my page rankings??

1)How gradually have youy added links to your site? It should be done very steadily, I mean fro this competitive area 50 links a month IMHO.
2) it really takes time for a Google to update your position, so you have to be patient.
3) while waiting keep adding fresh content and link building to your site.
4) you may start a blogabout people whose life was changed after they found a job using your site.

I think one of there links is coming from Dmoz.com thats why they have a page rank and you dont.

Selvam, it's not about the links. It's about your content. There's none!

You need to add more content. Removing the google adsense might help. Create unique content.

It has little to do with your content. It's about links. There are different types of links, so a website with only 10 inbound links may have a higher PR or search position than your site. The difference in the type of links is quality(PR of the site linking to you) and relevance.

Another thing that could be going on is that the other site may have been working on building links for much longer than you have, and may have had there PR updated before you even came along.

Google only updates PR once every 3 months(approx.), so if your site is less than 3 months old, or your link building efforts have been in the last 3 months, you won't see a difference until the next update, which should be over the next month or so.

Either way, you need to continue building links. Submit your URL to directories, request link exchanges, post at forums and make use of the signature bar, etc.

If want your site to have a PR rating in a hurry, find a quality website where google constantly crawl and update, this will help you in a way or two.

Yes, with just one way quality link you can get even a PR 4 at the first update, it is possible.However, it depend on the quality of the content of the page where you get the link, how often that page is crawled, if it is cached, how many other links are on that page, how relevant is that content to your content, the title of that page. It's about Trust.I know there are services that sell for less than $50 thousands links which are placed in a no cached page of the resource (directory) page of a low quality ,website which was built only for this purpose.Avoid that, it's waste of time and money and that will surely hurt you.

i don't think that the pagerank is fake i think that you need more powerful backlinks and that should make your pagerank increase maybe you have low pageranks linking back to you?
