You should start by using CSS to layout your pages. The use of tables is a depricated practice, and it makes it hard to detect errors. Your sites layout is pretty simple, do a search on google or yahoo for "3 column layout with CSS", there is a ton of great material that will show you how to do it, and it won't take you that long. If you have any issues with CSS, I or someone else here would be glad to help you figure it out.

your overall design in general is a little out of bounce,,,,,,, i think your tables are all incorrectly positioned,
as for using CSS< you really dont need to, your site is simple and can be fixed with correct placement of tables.

Good Luck

That's awful advice. Don't use tables to layout your site. That's not what they are intended for, tables are to present data in a tabular manner. CSS was created for this purpose, plus, you gain a great deal of control over the layout of your site when it is designed correctly.
