   |  Advise please :) I'm looking for a start here.. I really am not sure where to start in getting listings for the newest addition to real estate my site.. should I offer a free trial .. let people list property for free? Can I just go out and find some listings and then add them? Is that legal? http://www.newhouseflip.com/realestate/index.php Here's the page  ~LadyH

 | Re: Advise please :) I would ad found listings. I don't see how that would be illegal, afterall, you are helping the homeowner by listing their house. Or you could email some real estate agents and offer up your listing services for free until you have become more established. |

| Re: Advise please :) Well, add them your self first also provide free and paid listing option. After you got a lot and stable traffic, then you can disable the free option. |

| Re: Advise please :) Yupperz, I believe i can disable the freebie deal, having a little bit of trouble getting it set up though.. if they choose check... then I manually approve them... it works half the time
