Default Email Forwarding

GoDaddy offers 100 free email forwarding when you register for a new domain. I know what it means but I just want to make sure, is it yourname@yourdomainname.com? Also, is it forwarding as in if people sends anything to that email, it will go into your other email for example, yahoo or hotmail? Thank you very much.

You'll get an email like anything@yourdomain.com but it will forward all your emails to your working email address like anyone@yahoo.com

Sorry for double posting but, I just want to make sure of something. When I make a new forward account on GoDaddy, they won't charge me extra, correct?

These are forward accounts for the domain you register? That is very confusing, does that mean all the mx records need to point to GoDaddy? You can not use any other kind of mail with that domain, I am assuming.
