Does the PR Rating make a difference on your own PR Rating if listed in a directory with PR O? Also how many directories should a website be listed with?

All PR counts as a vote for your site, the less amount of PR, the less the value of the vote.

A website should have as many links to it as possible. The more the merrier. The only thing is, you don't want to get too many too fast. Try to keep link building down to under 1000 new links per month and you should be fine.

I will do all of the submissions manually, by going to the website physically. I have a program that fills out the form for me, and I enter in the captcha and decide which directory would be best suited for your site.
