Hey everyone! We just got our internet upgraded to Fiber Optic. Its crazy, almost unbeliveable. We get around 15mbps. Just did a speed test:

Download Speed: 14932 kbps (1866.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1790 kbps (223.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

in korea, they get 100mps. thats amazing.

Aren't we suppoed to be getting Internet 2

I know a few universities are supposed to get it. Not sure of the exact speeds though.

Its verizon fios, new fiber optic. So far i am loving the speed.

You should be able to get it in Westfield... Runs about $45/month

Thanks for the link. I have verizon regular DSL now. Might be worth $15 more a month
