Hi guys I just hopped from 2 to 4 pagerank

Now iwebtool predicts my rank as 3 , how can I prevent it , I would be glad if you can tell me the goods and bads about my web site

It is in Turkish
and the website is about fun ; funny videos and pictures
has a forum gallery as well
