Ok i've decided to sell my latest project due to a complete lack of time.
www.ipbshack.com
Comes with ipb yearly license
Domain registered at godaddy.com
and 7 ipb themes, put together by me and they are unique to ipbshack.com

are on average of 5-700 uniques a month, site is only 2 months old already this month there are about 250 uniques.
Traffic is genuine traffic which mostly comes from linkbacks via the footers on the themes from various communitys.

Bin price is now a very very low 80$

Open to reasonable offers, this has got such great potential i would love to develope it further myself but i just got such little time

yeh, because ia int been using the forum the past week or so due to being buisy it got attacked by a annoying bot so i upped the security on it, just make an account activation aint required

sale fell through, dude kept changing his mind same with other things he was intrested in buying.
Site is nwo still very much forsale.

Just a little plug here for sub. I bought a site from him a few weeks ago and he was really professional and up front with everything. Transfer was done really quickly as well.
