Im selling my Car Classified site as I need to spend more time with my other projects.

I spent alot of time promoting site to get backlinks etc. so it already has a reasonable web presence.

So far i have kept as local advertising but can be done as national easily with some more time spent.
At present i offer free ads with payment for featured upgrades, but can be set to all free or all paid or whatever combination.
The layout is fully changable and has full backend admin features.

Income so far...
Main banner ad at top of each page £450.00 for 1 year (sold as prime spot)
Small banner ads at left of front page...1 at £45 for year, 1 at £55.00 for year
Front page text links 2 at £15 for year. Search page 1x !/2 banner (phone site) £35 for 1 year.

There is scope for alot more banner sales , but needs time spending.

The other banners are through Zanox and no income from these to date.
Ideally adsense should be on site as further income though not done yet.

This would suit someone with good promoting skills as basically all the rest is done.
The software used is 68 Classified which is very reliable and robust.
