Like I posted here, this guy is a fake. None of these sites have real PR, they all redirect fraudulently to other sites to pick up on their PR:

nterface.net redirects to nterface.com
brightlightdarkroom.com redirects to maxberggren.com
tbra-hk.com redirects to gohome.com.hk

www.middsailing.org has apparently stopped redirecting elsewhere, but has PR0 - the PR5 you see is fake and will drop.
