what should i do with keywords that users found my site with google?

After a few months of waiting, a few surfers have found my site using a few keywords that happen to match the text in a few of my pages. I went through my stats to find the referers to see what keywords they use to get my site.

Now the question is: what do I know to exploit these keywords? Should I add them into description? meta-keywords? do nothing? advertise with these words? any idea or articles on this subject is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Use them as anchor text in your links from other pages. That is depending of course on how searched the terms are. You can use a keyword research tool to find out how many times in the previous month a keyword or keyphrase has been searched. If you get good results using the research tool, then use the keywords/phrases to market your site.
