Newbie questions

Hello,

I'm new to here..

I have 1 PR5 and 1 PR4 sites (not directories), and I've started 2 more sites 4-5 months ago, both of them are still PR0..

I've been submiting to directories, with the relevant keywords for my market..

I wish some tips from you:

1) Shall I submit my sites to as many dirs as possible, using the best keywords in the title ?

2) Is there any restriction, or else any caution I need to take while submiting to directories ?

i think there is no restriction in submitting your site any where
