A few questions..

1.) What is the site actually about, what does it offer to a person browsing your site.

2.) You have too many adverts and very little content it seems.

3.) Any content you have is submerged in adverts so you might want to thin them out or reposition them, so they are less intrusive.

Well, first of all, your post looks a bit spammy. It isn't really necessary to make your link that large, but that's up to you.

The first thing I noticed was ads, and lots of them. On of your ad blocks was over your "Tell a friend" section. Your site seems to be a classic example of a MFA site. The content is weak at best, and hard to find sifting through all of the ads. My guess is that if you want to make money with a website, your best bet would be to get rid of a lot of ads and replace them with some content.
One of your ads is quite a bit deceptive. It makes the common user believe that they are downloading a toolbar that is specific to your site. The url could even throw off most visitors. I think this type of ad tactic is crooked at best.

As for the general look of the site. It's okay. The layout works good, but the colors are drab, and the graphics are grainy.

My suggestion would be to remove that site, and start over from scratch. Start with an idea of what use a visitor may have for your site, and then build on that idea with content. After you have done that, try to place a few key ads that are well placed, 99% of the world is turned off by ads, and being bombarded just makes them angry. If you can make your ads flow with your page, but still obvious that they are ads, then you have done an honest days work. Not to mention that it will be more likely that your visitors will want to stay, and maybe even return.
