banners or text link advertising on a high traffic site

I have some adspace for sale, the site i want to sell adspace on is www.antirules.com - Antirules.com is a site with no rules, its got alot of adult/mature members on the site and from all over the world.

The site is predicted pr3/pr4 on its next update at the very minimum

The stats are also fairly decent, you can see them here > http://www.antirules.com/stats/webalizer

Life time text links, listed under the banner along side the others and will also be displayed on all pages are 8$ (one time fee)

Banners, the banners will be located in the banner where the current xzorbix one is, there are only 4 slots available for this and will be rotated with the others.
Because this gets as good as maxmum exposure i have decided to ask 8$ a month for this.
