Wanna see somthing?

In 2005 I was ripping it up. The first time I landed a 180 Boneless was in this video... I look a biut nerdy ass hell back then. But I cant explain what a rush that was. I was shaking, and it felt good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsg-J6N032E

Soon I got signed by Red Bull, Original Skateboards, Ollie Pop, Zebra 83 (clothing), and Tail Devil (they made me team manager). Life was good.

I traveled around getting videos, and submitting them to recieve crates of redbull in the mail, free skateboard deck everytime i snapped one, free clothing. But then on one occasion I hurt my back. I knew it would feel okay again within a week... but I had insurance so I went to the chiropracture. He scared me to death. I quite skating right there, feeling that it could permanantly harm my body if i kept going.

I often time think back and am saddened. I want to do it again. I could do it again. Hell, Lil' John even sent me some free Crunk Energy. Life was good. What should I do?

I used to own a team called LiquidStyle. I got a deck in the mail the other day and it brought back memories. It got me sad.

well how bad did you hurt your back.Skateborders get injured alot.it's a hard sport.how did he scare you that you quit.what were you afraid of. Afraid of.that the doctor would hurt your back if you kept going or skate bording.I say if you love what your doing go back and do it or do it once in a while when you need the money

Well I just dont want to get old and hurt. I know I went to the chiropracture for like a week or 2 and it hurt real bad inbetween visits. But Im good to go now. But the thing is, I have to tackle somthing huge to progress... and get back to the level I was at. I guess Im afraid to try and hit the 11 set, because I worry I wont land it my first try, and that could be very unhealthy. But if I try 4 times Ill prolly land it for sure, maybe the first try and that'll mean free stuff, money, and maybe girls. :p But most of all, pride and happiness.

Hah! Im going back into it. I dont care. But I am through with Original Skateboards. Their boards are just way to HUGE for tricks. They're good for cruisen around and bombing hills though.

good for you don't give up your dream. But don't push yourself. don't go crazy and end up in a wheel chair for the rest of your life.

Yeah. I see what my problem is. Original Skateboards are humungus! There very great boards. But I cant do tricks as easy on them. Thats been discouraging, as well as promised media I never seen from them. So Iv been up contacting different board companies and leaving messages. I hope I get a call tommorow!

If I get back into it, I can put my skate website back up. That got a lotta hits. yippie

I was young and didnt know how to use adsense back then

Dude i stopped skateboarding a while ago because i got pressured by not able to do tricks. Carry on man your talented.

King Gareth, I get the same damn pressure. Its ridiculous. They'll always people who will come at you negatively "haters" not matter what your skill level. Thats part of the job description. You just need to let them slip by, and focus on the rewards.
