cpanel > awstats stats > what does "Search Keywords (Top 25)" refer to ?

Do this mean the amount of people who found your site using those keywords or something else??

Yes, but the most important stat is the top keyphrases, because the keyphrase is exactly what people queried on the search engine, and the exact number of people who queried it.

Hehe thanks for that. Just checked stats on my arcade and saw "arcade spank the monkey" in the top phrases.

There's an even better tool specific to Google search queries. It's at http://www.google.com/webmasters/

You will have to sign up to use it, but there are alot of great tools there as well. After you sign up, go to manage accounts, and select the website you would like to look at. Then click on stats and then query stats. This tool tells you the most popular search terms that listed your site, the position that your site was listed, and the most clicked search terms.

You can even designate how often the googlebot visits your site, and set your images up to be "tagged" by real humans. These are just very useful tools.
