Hi all, due to certain problems/issues in life i cant be as active as required so i need to sell up.
I'm selling this site, predicted (pr3)
It's not very old, great traffic though especially for its age

This site was intented to be a community for friends mainly, and the younger generation for them to just hangout and post onlne with out any restrictions.
Due to not being able to keep an eye on it and keep it moderated due to personal problems its become abused and needs to be revived.
At the moment it looks as though its a porn forum although other topics do get posted in the majority of it is as good as spam.

The only revenue its made is about 27-28$ in the last 27 days from adultfriendfinder and thats from having just one advert displayed.
The site is NOT advertised, atleast not intentionally - it was posted on a gaming forum a month or so ago and that was it.

The forum is a legal licensed version of ipb and the license will be included in the sale. It expires some time next year.
Because of its potential,the ipb yearly license and the very popular domain i would like to start the bidding at 100$
