It most likely is illegal but the blame will be at the websites who host the music

I knew google (and youtube) can be used to find illegal and legal music, videos and other files. But I did not know it can be used to find files directly!

I assume though google does what it does for warez sites (Not that i know this stuff) and puts a warning sign before you go to it.
