Not to bash or anything, but a professional posting service should know how to spell "replies"... not as "replys". Just IMO.

Hi there,

No offense but $150/month is very expensive, and people generally don't want to pay people to post, the posts aren't genuine and they look generic when posted.

And, if it does take off, I will take my hat off to you (I don't even wear hats ).

But seriously like Chulium said, people should have perfect spelling, grammar, etc - if they are to offer a service like this. Don't get me wrong my posts aren't perfect but I do try my hardest.

Try lowering the price and you may just get some business .

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

Yupperz .. I always post my prices high .. I realize I'm new here, but most places I posted this offer.. I'm a pretty old and respected member, and my name likely gets me more business than my offer, however, most people I do business with online are pretty savvy folks, and if I posted $1 they'd negotiate me down to $.50 soooo I leave room for that .

If perfect grammar and spelling is what ya want, you'll get it. We all have brains, in fact I own another website where I write content for online gambling websites, in which case, I become friends with the spell check button.

However... Look in your forum, do your members spell check every post? I surely do not, and I own several of them I am a real person, that .. well talks a lot.

I did realize I likely had some typos and/or spelling errors, and considered editing, but decided noperz ...It was my introductory post, and my personality was the result.

Exactly! This is why I didn't promise any set number of posts for a particular price.. because I used to work for a forum posting service (A long long time ago heheh) and other peoples posts irritated me!

I didn't want to run that sort of company, basicly, my goal is for us to join your forums, and act like MEMBERS. Not like professional posters.

The program I worked with might have used perfect grammar or spelling, in fact some forums required it, like mentioned above, but most of the time they didn't say anything at all. We had a quota... say 25 posts for xx.. and a limit as to how many posts we could create in a day.. each post had to have x amount of words etc.

In addition to post quotas we had thread quotas.. which became very forced, here we are on a brand new forum, creating 75 threads.. nothing looked natural, the result wasn't good.

What would happen is, each poster would join the forum, post the max, and move onto the next forum. Every post would be nearly exactly the minimum length, and for about a week, your forum would blow up with activity.

All from us posters talking amongst each other however, and rarely on topic..

I am a chatty girl, I nearly always have something to say, there are a number of forums I visit nearly daily, in addition to owning my own.

Anyway, If I'm going to write my life story, I may as well get another blog .

I'd have to give you props on your responce. Professionalism lies more in the way you use your words than how you spell them. I agree that even professionals are prone to error once in awhile, and I think for most people, it's refreshing to know that the folks you work with professionally are still human too.

I do believe, however, that more information would help to ease the minds of your potential customers. For instance, do you gaurantee a minimum number of posts, or do you agree to work x amount of time posting? Do you create one account on the forum, or do you create several? Are you the only poster, or are there other people that work with you?

Lastly, as opposed to starting high and expecting a negotiation to bring the price down to a competitive rate, perhaps consider offering your service at a price that would be fair to you for your services as well as fair to your customers. By fluffing your price, you give the impression to customers that you are trying to falsely add value to a service, when the value should be in the product itself, not the negotiation of the price of the product.

Like I mentioned before, this is still a pretty new idea..

My original idea was to offer to visit each forum atleaste every other day, as a member, post as I explained in my original post, however, it's a new idea.. I'm very open to suggestion.

I can create one account, or several that's really up to you. No i do not work alone, I employ about 35 writers, a good half of which have already expressed that they would love to be involved in this new venture.

I think you're like right here, in gambling forums, believe me I get haggled, and I'm a softy so I start out high, and work to low. However, I can tell just by reading this thread, that I might want to start bidding lower, and work from there. Thanks for the imput!
