It's 30 GB email Inbox ???

Well i just get an invitation from a friend of mine to signup on http://www.30gigs.com.

Initially I did not understand what this all about. But when i visited The site i was stunned to see that there is someone on the net who is offering 30 GB Email Inbox.

And that too Free.

What you will say about this service. Is this going to get popular ????

I know the guy that owns it, it's a pretty popular site, he has around 15 racks of servers ready to handle the capacity.

I like their service, for the most part, but will rarely use 30 GB

I'm selling 30 gigs email addresses too, actually, if anybody is interested (law [at] 30gigs.com, etc)

Honest that's is way cool.
I was on holiday earlier in the year and had 7+ hours of video footage which would of been like 10Gb+ but could not find a way of transferring to others.
With this you transfer it. Well cool in fact I'm gonna take out an account now.

I have a 30gigs.com email account and so far found it to be unreliable to use, I understand it is in beta but often gone to check emails and I am unable to login, it needs a lot of developement but it has the potential to do well.

the mail program itself looks ALOT like round cube mail http://www.roundcube.net/

It's a loss leader, get enough users to start running it and you can bet a pound to a penny they will start charging for it, and or whack it full of advertss just like zzn.com did. My advice is use and abuse while you can but don't use it as a reliable resource, you might get stung!? It would be nice if it was unconditional but nothing is free, there'll always be some hidden agenda.

I like roundcube mail, it is an excellent mail client, I will be giving that away with my e-mail service. Still in BETA but very reliable.

Google isn't free, they offer their search free, and there are link adjacent to the results, they hope you click on those adverts so they make money. Hence there money making agenda
