 |  Can't check my pagerank on iwebtool... I tried to check my page rank, but the result is Current PR: unknow and for Predicted is : cannot determine.  what is the meaning of them?...  |

It's an error in that tool. It should give you at least current PR if you have one. The prediction part don't work until you have something like 600 backlink according to MSN - I guess until that point it's quite inaccurate to predict. So add more content to your site, add more backlinks and it will eventaully appear.
