   |  I broke it.. I'm getting no help at all from mkportal support, probably because people tend to ignore ignorant people, and I'm afraid when it comes to PHP i qualify. So.. I added a mod, the point was SEO friendly URLs but, i screwed it up somewhere along the way... I've went over it and over it, and I can't find what I missed. Originally, the log in, and any link going to /portalhome came back 404, thankfull a friend helped me fix that, so I only mention it incase it is related. The current problem is that ALL inner pages go to 404, if I go into the portal right now, and create a page from inside, and click on the link to preview that page, it will come back 404... Here is the link in the support forum so that you can see what it is i installed and related discussions, If need be I'll paste the code, but since i changed a lot, I'm really not certain which to post.. MkPortal When responding, please speak as though you were talking to a kindergardner, and I will do my best not to let the bubbles in my brain get in the way of understanding  All help, and positive answers sooooooo much appriciated.

 | Re: I broke it.. I'm no expert on mkportal, to be honest, i've never heard of it before, but i've had similar problems with similar softwares. Have you tried restoring your .htaccess back to how it was and checking if the 404 errors remained? .htaccess and the mod_rewrite might be the problem, it might not be configured properly.

| Re: I broke it.. No actually I hadn't but that's a super idea.. being that the htaccess was blank before the change.. I considered it once before, but figured all of that code i had changed to install the hack must have made some change.. I guess no harm is done in giving it a shot though, the site still works, but it would be nice to have all those articles i spent hours typing out actually show up  (all 4 of them LMAO )

K that didn't work... here are some more errors though that were caused by the change.. http://www.jammiesatwork.com/index.p...%20reviews.doc That page may not work unless you register, basicially you'll be attempting to download a word.doc and you'll get a buncha MySql errors..
