| Senior Member | I'm developing a bulletin board implement for PHP-powered communities. What it is, essentially, is a forum. It's not as bloated as vBulletin, phpBB, IPB, SMF, etc, and is built to install into an already existing site/community. For example, you just custom-coded a simple but rather popular PHP site. Members sign up, login, and use your features. But you want a place for them to talk, yet you don't want them to register twice. This is where my system comes into play: you install it (fast!) and it integrates into your custom system, and (should) works with nearly anything. People then just verify their username & pwd before they use the forums, and it's only one registration for great forum software. Free too. Would people find it useful? Would you - or webmasters in general - use it? Find it handy? It's much easier than trying to coordinate two separate databases (like I did on one site... my, what a pain!) .chulium.

However, because it might lack features in comparison to vbulletin, many users will be put off with the forum. Nevertheless, Good idea.
