Your style sheet is in /watchout/images/main.css (main.css is your style sheet) It look like the style that controls the color for your subcategory links is subcat. Look in the style sheet for .subcat when you find that look to see what the font color is set for.

You may want to experiment with different colors. I would suggest that you save the entire style sheet as a notepad file somewhere. That way if you make any mistakes while working with it you will always be able to restore the original.

Here is what your style for the subcategories look like:

.subcat {
font-size: 10px;
color: #0099CC;
Padding-left: 30px;
Margin: 0px;
}
.subcat A:link {
COLOR: #0099CC; TEXT-DECORATION: none;
}
.subcat A:visited {
COLOR: #0099CC; TEXT-DECORATION: none;
}
.subcat A:hover {
COLOR: #333333; TEXT-DECORATION: Underline;
}
