How to edit (unlock) html

How do i unlock html?

Im trying to edit a friends html page but hes locked it. The menu on the left wont let me add a image or change anything.

Does anyone know how to make the box editable so i can add a image or change the text.

How did he manage to lock the html? That isn't possible. Any chance we can have a look at the page?

This can't be possible. You cannot lock view page source.
Where is the site?
