Site speed help!!

Can anyone help us figure out why our new site is loading slow and inconsistently? http://www.NiceSale.com. We have even hosted at two providers under two domains to compare. Our .net site is better but still inconsistent.
We only have a week to figure it our. We want to be as fast and consistent at the other like sites. Thanks,Kurt
