5 interesting facts about yourself!

Hi there,

I have made this thread to find out some interesting facts about you all, and to try and get the lurkers and newbies to post a bit more. I want to know facts about you all (interesting ones), not what sites you own etc, if you do I will delete the post as I will class it as spam.

Things I would like to know are;

middle names
hobbies
age
historical background
how tall you are
and basically anything that can bring the users a little closer to each other

Have fun and I hope we can all find something interesting that we never knew about each other.

Hi there,

Here are some interesting facts about myself.

(Full name) Kieran Michael Patrick Taylor (please don't laugh )
(Hobbies) Drinking, playing games, web mastering, making websites, messing about, and generally having a laugh
(Age) 17
(Historical Background) I don't really know much about my historical background apart from I am English/Irish, and I have one of the most common surnames. I do know that people with the surname Taylor originated from their family trade, which would of been some sort of Tailor. Although that is all I know really.
(Height) I am 6 foot 3

There are a few facts about myself, which you may find boring although I couldn't really think of anything else that would interest you. Maybe you can all come up with some more interesting ones.

(Height) 6 foot even at 190 pounds

age : 38, I know, I know...I discovered webdesign very late...
historical background : ????? lets see...I have the Belgian Nationality and my roots are in France so I speak Dutch, French and a little bit English.
how tall you are : hé hé, no feet or inches here but... 1m82
and basically anything that can bring the users a little closer to each other :

I stand 6'5" tall, and weigh 290 pounds

I scored 142 on an IQ test at http://www.tickle.com/tests/uig/index_main.jsp (people think I'm not very bright, I guess cause I'm big)

I know how to re-build a house from the ground up(I did it once or twice)

I spent over 4 years of college learning Auto body repair, Business and Clerical, and Computer IT, but have never done any of those professionally.

Wow i took the same test but didd'nt score that high
i scored 123. Thats ok its above average.

It isn't worth it, Mensa isn't what it used to be, now pretty much any intelligent person can get in, years ago it was REALLY clever people who could only get in, and 140+ is genius level I think

Mensa is a money taker, but not beneficial for me. I thought about it, once when I scored a 138, and found out that it cost $300 per year, just to be able to say I'm a nerd that could have been an engineer. I don't think so. I'll stick to being a dumb looking carpenter.

hobbies - sites, making friends, cooking, drinking etc like most average guy :-) and hopefully i can make something out of it (sites etc etc) , to be plain honest, like most other Dreams, everyone does wanna to achieve something in this world called web.

age 27. - am getting old yep and everyone does. :-)

historical background - nothing historic about just an average guy if you meet me on the street anywhere, i might be as well buying you a drink and we talk nothing about website, (i.e we talk normal stuff - like where you're from, what you do etc... :-) - In short, im just looking forward to make friends.

# how tall you are? im nearly 6'0.

about me - i like not to think too much about things and am being realistic - sometime im not happy with my life too but most of the time and gradually i do trying to make myself happy and trying my very best to do things as long as I am still be able doing it.

My name is Shelley Wherry (...sigh...I love saying that)

I'm female, newly married (4 months now) to my best friend, and love riding Harleys (we have 2) and fishing, and learning all I can about web design.

I live in the mountains in Colorado and although the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, I still miss Michigan and probably always will.

I'm Native American, French and Irish, 5' 9", on the volunteer fire dept. along with my husband...hmmm, what else...

I scored 142 also on some IQ test thing but don't by any means consider myself some sort of Einstein, that would be my brother, but I got the looks in the family

. Well ok, so did he...but he got the genius tag when he was 15 and his score went off the charts. Lucky.

Last thing I'll say about myself is, I'm very easy to get along with, and I'm happy today, because I'm finally at peace with understanding why my lifelong hero, my Father, had to go away. We lost him to cancer 1 year ago yesterday, and acceptance finally came to me, almost in a dream, 3 days ago.
