![]() | I guess the question is in the title. Do people use MySpace to promote websites, and if so how have they found it. MySpace seems to be mostly young adults, and I some musicians have told me they have pages on it to promote music. Have people here considered it a useful tool at all?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | There are several thousands of websites that do it. I dont think it would hurt anything do to there being several millions of profiles there. If you are loaded with money you can spend 30,000 dollars a month on a banner ad ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() | Here is mine. http://www.myspace.com/buzzjack We are a music site so it fits to the member base. On average I'd say it's not useful, it's just a page like any other really.

![]() | Actually - thats a question - is there an easy way to find all the people who like poker and invite them to be your friend (sounds corny at once? Otherwise it is painfully slow! |

![]() | myspace is a definite traffic generator if you are doing it correctly...Like don't spam there website and your link on every forum...I would suggest like if a member is asking for something like "Need a drummer for a gig this weekend?" well then you can reply like "Dude, I went to this website and they have bunch of people who are looking in your area 'link'." Thats how I do it!!! and boy those teenagers and youngsters spread your word all over their network. |
