Default Plural or single.. which to use?

Which domains are worth more? Which domains are remembered easier?

Plural: car(s).com book(s).com Webmaster(s).com

or

Singular: car.com book.com webmaster.com

What do you guys think?

It depends I think on what your development plans are.

Domain alone, usually singular. With development, I've noticed, usually plural.

E.g. Car.com is an excellent domain, but Car.com wouldn't really make sense for a website. Cars.com makes GREAT sense, since it's obviously more than just 1 car.

Just my $0.02.

Well, I agree with compuxp. He made a really good point and I think it's great advice. I think you should go with what he is suggesting.

I have to agree also, that plural is better, it gives more "presence" to the domain.

I think plurals give you more exposure. However after thing about this, I have one site that does very well that is the plural, but I do not think anyone has the singular. I need to snap that up.

Make sure if you do go plural, you try and get the singular too, if it is available, to prevent someone else from getting it and capitalizing on your name.
