hi, my site is suppose to be in the sandbox.
Do they come out of the sandbox after a back link,pr udate, or can they come out at any time?

Sites usually come out of the sandbox between 6 and 12 months after they are created,. It's nothing to do with PR or backlink updates, It's a seperate thing.

You might want to take in note that new domains tend to take longer to get out of the sandbox.
