Using NotePad doesn't mean your out of date, it means you are more professional and better with HTML than other people. I hate using WYSIWYG's, they make me feel like everything I am making is generic. If I code it myself I feel better about it.

I have no knowledge of frontpage so I couldn't make a plausible comparision to Dreamweaver
