PageRank Prediction Tool Errors Out

The PageRank Prediction Tool is returning errors only. I tried the one on my site and the one here at iWebTool.com. I tried various Websites and always get the error back

No one can fix this but your webhost
you have to submit a support ticket and ask them to turn on allow_url_fopen

I think you've misunderstood Cumbrowski.com.

There was a little error in the php.ini file -- everything should be working fine now. Thanks for informing us about the problem.

Yep, it works fine again, it was the same day actually. I did not have instant notification on for the thread that's why the delayed response. Its on now hehe. BTW, did you have a chance to look at my site? What do you guys think?
