I agree with you dreamsubmitting. Some one said that reciprocal links are dead. Is it true or not , i am not going to try it. because it is time consuming process to keep track of partner links. i am just trying one way links...

The thing about one way links is that there are a plethora of sites out there that just give them away freely. I have never once paid for a link, but that doesn't mean that I won't. I have however offered a reciprocal link for some of the directories that I submit to, and it doesn't seem to get me listed any quicker. If I were a reciprocal link directory, I would definately offer up my services to the recips before the freebies. IMHO.
