dont capitalize every word in your title just the first letter of the first word
get rid of all those keywords dont exceed 15 you have over a 100, im sure google will Penalize you for that.
your main page is not robot friendly at all there is little to no content about the service your provide, all i see is code.

This is all the bots are getting off your main page that is helping you. Besides the meta description of course

Nice lots of content.
For me the top section is too big. It does not fit the rest of the design. It's like you started out doing one design than switched to another. Your top is too heavy Very nice site other than that.

I think its pretty good, i get what the other people are saying about the top though.

And as a side note, you might want to preload the images for the mouse over effect, it took a little while before the image changed

I agree ratean... A really nice good looking site. However a few things i would change.

1. The buttons on the left. Looks out of place, like what existed in the pages i viewed in the mid to late 90s. (might be off a little as i have no concept of time)

2. The font in the blue background <th> is hard to read, i would try to find something that fits your design, yet also easy to read. I like how you have a little content on each item, but i think a little more can be added to the top.

3. The newsletter graphic is a bit cluttered.

Other than that its pretty good.
