![]() | Hi all, umm...well on my website i manage events...and for every coming event i wanna send an email to registered users, a reminder or something like that... so my idea is to create a script that would be executed automatically and looks then into the specified events table and check if an event should be sent by email or not by comparing the actual date and the event's date. i dunno if there's a tool that allows this operation or not...if so then it would make it easier, if not i would like how i can do that... thanks |

| Member | Create a MySQL Database. Create tables for mail list and events. Write Simple PHP Code and Run it Weekly Once. I mean write PHP script to check event and if there is a event is going to occur within 10 days then send newletter.
