Hi, just wondering if you could check my site out and maybe give me some suggestion the address is: http://spiritshome.bravehost.com It's for those who believe in different things, some of it may appear eccentric but the lesser stuff is what I believe in. let me know what you think even if it's not very good. Hey man I like ya site.
You wanted some advice ,you know your text links they could be made a little clearer to see.the blue on black is blury maybe lighten it up some and unbold it.other than that the content is good,nice layout and good topics.

Thanks for checking out my site. Can I ask a question though, which banners? I'm curios becuase with the setting on my comp I don't see any but within my hosting manager I can still change them. By the way thanks for checking out my site. I took the time to take a look at your and it's great but I would make one suggestion. In your forum maybe you should make some posts to get things started. I was going to post something but then it asked me to sign in and I didn't see any place to register for a log in. Sorry.

I don`t know what to say....I think there are too many dark colors on your site , that is not very good - that menu on the left - blue with black background - hard to understand. After few minutes of surfing your site my eyes hurt. I don`t want to be rude but I think you can still improve your site, especially the color scheme.

hi spirit,

just one comment purely from a design point of view...

when the viewer first sets eyes on the page they should have a starting point. you don't have one. by that i mean that everything on the page looks the same size etc. may i suggest that you make yourself a decent header/title/logo and put that at the top. then put yor ad/s underneath or better still, over to the right hand side (at very least, reduce the size). then make your section headers/titles stand out a bit more.

i've very quickly put together the sort of layout you should try to aim for - ignore the font/colours - it's just the weight/relationship of the elements i'm trying to demonstrate for you.

Thank all for your opinnions. The problem with the adds on my site (banners and all) is that I can't change or move those as my account is a free one. If I ever start making more money I want to upgrade so I won't have any adds at all. As for my site being dark in spots and often hard to see, especialy with some of the backgrounds I chosse, I know what you mean. My artistic point of view tends to seed me down bad paths. I'm gonna revamp the whole site this week and make it not only lighter but more organised. I known I've got a lot I need to do.

I just redid the front page of my site so it would be easier to see. please check it out and tell me what you think. I'll be redoing the restsoon as my time permits it.

The one thing that stands out to me, maybe its done on purpose, but the banner at the top is centered and the content is left aligned. To me its distracting, makes me focus more on the banner then the site. Id either center the content, or try to left justify the banner.
