Whats the best way to find high-quality links with information relevant to yours? if possible without buying them?? am open to all ideas!

Hello,
It is a bit hard to find one way quality links relevant to your website.
A good strategy could be to find blogs related to your content and ask the blogger to mention your website in a post.
If you have good content or you are offering something .. you may have a chance.
Another posibility is o write articles and distribute those articles for free with your link below, this way other webmasters will publish the article with your link too.
Unforynately usually those websites are poor in quality..but it is a way to gain one way links.

There are lots of different blog hosts, go to http://technorati.com and search for your keyword, this should bring up a few blogs from a few different blog providers.
