Ok. Fair enough, it was a silly post.
I was taken by this ad
here and had never considered 'buying' content or other sites before. But in fact there are lots of people with site that have made a great start but need a lot of time and effort to run at a profit.
At the prices being suggested in this
thread I would have snapped up what he had on offer.
However, with no reply I must assume that there was indeed something 'iffy' with the sites.
Anything along the lines of how to run a website, about seo or google etc I would be interested in. However I suspect that the $40 asked for in this post is very very cheap. If I had to guess at how much I would have thought one of his site was worth I would have guessed about $2,000.
As like so many others, I have been known to 'adapt' content in the past from other sources. I don't like this and it is dishonest and I shall not be doing it anymore. However, one of his sites appeared to have properly credited sources and to have hundreds, even thousands of articles. My aim would have been to incorporate them into my own site, possibly as a sub domain to keep my work seperate. However, with only 100 or so articles myself, after many months, and hard work, and they are not all 'great' to say the least, $40 for that content was a BARGAIN for me and my particular circumstances.
Thanks for the reply's, speak soon,
paul
