Hello Guys my name is Andrew and im the web designer for an ecommerce hosting company (http://www.rentacart.co.uk)

I found out about iwebtool.com while looking for scripts to improve the website. I cant get over how easy it it to add the tools and make them fit in with the design of the main site.

I have been adding the iwebtool's web tools to the site for our clients and they love them, we will be adding some more soon.

am i being blind!!!! im trying to find out what the ipoints are about and the trader rating. Is there a post so i can have a read up?

Hi there,

iPoints are what you receive after every post, depending on how long your post is and how helpful it is, you will gain more and more iPoints and Reputation. For instance if you wrote a long review and that person reported it as being a helpful post, you will be repaid and rewarded with reputation and extra iPoints than usual. On the other hand if you wrote:


...as a review, this would be considered unhelpful and therefore you would receive less iPoints for the post and no reputation from the recipient.

iPoints are for buying things throughout the forum, and in some case used as currency for services through internal users, the iPoints have no use outside of this forum and that means that they are only useful to iWebTool members.


A trader rating is similar to the trader rating that is found on eBay. As you may of noticed that near the bottom of the main forum there is a trading section so that people can buy/sell/trade things between each other. Now lets say for instance that you sold someone a domain, and you didn't give them access to that domain for 6 months after paying, they would give you a bad trader rating. This allows other users that buy from you a chance to check up on your history and make sure that you are trustworthy merchant.
